Straight answer: siding replacement isn't one of our services
If you landed here looking for someone to strip and re-clad the outside of your house, we'd rather tell you now than waste a week of your time. Michael Fischer does not offer siding replacement as a standalone job. It isn't a trade we carry, and we're not going to pretend otherwise so we can get in the door and upsell you something else.
What we do is residential remodeling and construction across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Rio Verde, Carefree and Phoenix — interiors, door wall systems, backyards, and the drawings and permitting that hold a project together. If your siding question is really part of a bigger remodel, that's a conversation worth having. If it's siding and nothing else, a specialty exterior contractor is the right call, and we'll say so.

Where exterior work fits in: design and project management
The place exterior questions usually come up is on a door wall system. Opening up the back of a house for a sliding glass wall or an accordion door is a structural change, and it has to be drawn, engineered and permitted properly — not sketched on a napkin. That's handled in house: AutoCAD drafting, 3D renderings so you can see the opening before anyone cuts into a wall, floor plan development, and the permit paperwork.
Same goes for a backyard or patio project that reshapes how the house meets the outside. The design and project management side is where those details get resolved, and it's why we don't hand you a bid on an exterior scope we don't control.
- You call or email and we book a visit — the quote costs nothing.
- We walk the property and measure, and you tell us what's actually bothering you about the space.
- We draft the plans in AutoCAD and develop the floor plan.
- You see the 3D renderings and sign off before anything gets built.
- We pull the permits.
- We manage the trades and the schedule through to the final walkthrough.
