The work is residential only. That focus matters: a home remodel means living in a construction zone, and knowing how to keep a family in their house while the kitchen is gutted is a different skill from framing out an office park. The Six Things We Build
Kitchen Remodeling
We design and build custom kitchens from the ground up, handling cabinetry, countertops, and layout. If the current floor plan fights you every time you cook, the layout is where we start — not the finishes.
Bathroom Remodeling
Walk-in shower conversions, vanity upgrades, and full spa-inspired redesigns. Scottsdale has a lot of 1980s and 1990s bathrooms with drop-in tubs nobody has used in a decade — that square footage is usually better spent on a larger shower.
Living Room Renovation
Thoughtful layout updates, new flooring, custom built-ins, and fireplace surrounds. Often the fix is removing one wall and adding storage that looks like it was always there.
Sliding & Accordion Door Wall Systems
Custom folding door systems, sliding glass walls, and accordion door wall openings. This is one of the best things you can do to a Scottsdale home — open the back of the house to the patio and the indoor space effectively doubles for eight months of the year. It is structural work, so it gets drawn and permitted properly.
Backyard, Patio & Pool Design
Custom pool installations, outdoor kitchens, hardscaping, pergolas, and full backyard transformations. Shade and water are the two things that make a desert yard usable, and they are easier to get right when they're planned together instead of added one at a time.
Architectural Design & Project Management
In-house AutoCAD drafting3D renderingsand floor plan development, plus management of the project through build-out. Having the drafting under the same roof as the construction means the drawings reflect what can actually be built, and a change on paper doesn't turn into a three-week delay.
How a Scottsdale Remodel Actually Goes
- We walk the property and measure — existing conditions, where the plumbing and load paths are, what the HOA will and won't allow.
- You get a written free quote with the scope spelled out, so there's no guessing at what's included.
- We draft the plans in AutoCAD and you see the 3D renderings before anything is demolished. Move a wall on screen; it costs nothing.
- Permits get pulled and inspections scheduled with the City of Scottsdale or the relevant jurisdiction.
- Demolition and build-out, with the work sequenced so you keep access to the parts of the house you need.
- Final walkthrough — you make the punch list, we close it out.
Nobody should be signing off on a kitchen they've only seen as a list of line items. Look at the rendering first.
