One team from first sketch to final walkthrough

Architectural design and project management are done in house. That means AutoCAD drafting, 3D renderings so you can see the room before a single wall moves, floor plan development, and the permitting legwork that comes with building in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Carefree. When something in the field doesn't match the plan, the drawing gets updated the same week rather than becoming a change order argument three months later.
What design-build covers
Design-build isn't a separate product we sell. It's how we run every job, whether that's one bathroom or a whole rear elevation opened up to the pool deck. These are the six areas we work in:
- Kitchen remodeling — custom kitchens designed and built from the ground up, covering cabinetry, countertops and layout changes.
- Bathroom remodeling — walk-in shower conversions, vanity upgrades, and full spa-inspired redesigns of dated bathrooms.
- Living room renovation — layout updates, new flooring, custom built-ins and fireplace surrounds that make a main living space work the way you actually use it.
- Sliding and accordion door wall systems — custom folding door systems, sliding glass walls and accordion door wall openings designed and installed to suit the structure behind them.
- Backyard, patio and pool design — custom pool installations, outdoor kitchens, hardscaping, pergolas and full backyard transformations.
- Architectural design and project management — AutoCAD drafting, 3D renderings, floor plan development and the management of the build itself.
Door wall systems are a good example of why single-team design matters. A twenty-foot opening in an exterior wall is a structural question before it's a glass question. Drawing it and building it under one roof means the header, the track detail and the finished floor transition all get resolved together.
How a design-build project runs
- We walk the property and measure what's actually there — not what the original plans say is there.
- We talk through how you use the space, what's failing, and what the budget needs to do.
- We draft the floor plans in AutoCAD and develop the layout options.
- You see the 3D renderings and we revise until the room reads right to you.
- We prepare and submit the permit package to the relevant city or town.
- We build it, manage the trades, and walk the finished work with you.
You'll know who is in your house and what they're doing there on any given day. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and we're closed Sundays — which also means we're not running saws next to your neighbors on a Sunday morning.
