Cabinetry and Countertops, Handled Inside Your Kitchen Remodel
Cabinets and countertops are not a side order here — they are the heart of the kitchen remodeling work Michael Fischer does in Scottsdale. When we design and build a custom kitchen from the ground up, cabinetry and countertops come with it, along with the layout changes that make them fit. You are not hiring one company for boxes, another for stone, and a third to figure out why the dishwasher no longer opens all the way.
That matters more than it sounds. Most of the frustration people have with cabinet and counter projects comes from the seams between trades — the cabinet installer who leaves before the fabricator templates, the plumber who shows up two days after the sink arrives. Because the cabinetry and the surfaces are part of one kitchen remodel under one contractor, the sequence is ours to manage, and so is the result.

How the Cabinet and Countertop Work Gets Done
Every kitchen starts with drawings, not with a catalog. We do our own AutoCAD drafting and floor plan development in-house, which means your cabinet runs, appliance clearances and counter overhangs are worked out on paper before anything is ordered. You also get 3D renderings, so you can look at the island, the upper cabinet heights and the finish combinations before committing to them.
- We walk the property, measure the existing kitchen and talk through how you actually use the room
- We draft the layout in AutoCAD, including cabinet runs, appliance spacing and counter dimensions
- You see the 3D renderings and we adjust door styles, island size and surface choices until it's right
- We pull the permits the work requires and schedule the trades in order
- Cabinets go in level and square, then the countertops are templated to what's actually installed
- We handle the sink, faucet, cooktop and backsplash tie-ins and finish out the space
Permitting and project management are part of the same service, not an extra. We bring projects to life with in-house drafting, renderings, floor plans and permit coordination, which is why the cabinet delivery date and the fabrication date tend to land where we said they would.
We design and build custom kitchens from the ground up, handling everything from cabinetry and countertops to layout.
