What Interior Remodeling Looks Like With Us
Most of the interior work we take on falls into one of two camps. Either a room has stopped working — the kitchen has three cooks and one aisle, the bathroom has a tub nobody has used in eleven years — or the house has simply aged past the taste of the people living in it. Both are worth fixing properly, and both start the same way: we walk the property, measure, and listen to how you actually use the space rather than how a floor plan says you should.
From there the work is done in-house. Michael Fischer is an Arizona ROC General Dual License holder, #327028, licensed, bonded and insured, with an A+ BBB rating. That dual license matters on interior jobs because it means structural changes, electrical rough-in and finish carpentry don't get handed off to a stranger with a different schedule.

That last one is the piece homeowners underestimate. Having AutoCAD drafting and 3D renderings produced in-house means a change to the island or the shower bench gets drawn, priced and agreed on before anyone orders material. It also means the permit set and the build set are the same set of drawings, which is where a lot of remodels quietly go sideways.
How a Project Actually Runs
- We walk the property, measure the existing conditions and talk through what isn't working.
- You get a free quote in writing, broken out so you can see where the money goes.
- We draft the plans in AutoCAD and you see the 3D renderings before anything is demolished.
- We pull the permits and schedule the trades in the order the inspections require.
- Demolition and rough-in, then your walkthrough at framing — the cheapest time to move a wall.
- Finishes go in, we hand you a punch list, and we close it out.
We design and build custom kitchens from the ground up — cabinetry, countertops, layout. If the layout is wrong, nothing you put on top of it will feel right.
Interior remodeling in a lived-in house is disruptive, and we'd rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise. We'll tell you up front which weeks the kitchen is unusable and which ones it isn't, so you can plan around it instead of finding out on a Tuesday morning.
