The last one is the piece that ties the rest together. Because the drafting and the renderings happen under the same roof as the build, the drawings that go to the city are the drawings the crew works from. Nothing gets lost handing a plan set from one company to another.
From First Walkthrough to Final Walkthrough

- We walk the property and measure — every room in scope, plus what's behind the walls where we can see it.
- We draft the plans in AutoCAD and develop the floor plan around how you want to use the space.
- You see the 3D renderings before anything is ordered, so the new kitchen island or shower layout is a picture, not a guess.
- We handle the permitting and submittals with the town.
- We build, manage the trades and keep you updated through the schedule.
- We walk the finished space with you and close out the punch list.
Paradise Valley has its own review process, and it is stricter than most of the Valley. Setbacks, height, lot coverage and hillside rules all get looked at closely. Knowing that up front is the difference between a four-week approval and a redesign.
