Michael Fischer brings every project to life with in-house AutoCAD drafting, 3D renderings, floor plan development, permit management, and hands-on construction project management from concept through completion. Residential remodeling across the greater Scottsdale area, with free quotes.

Planning Is Where a Remodel Is Won or Lost
Most remodeling problems don't start on the job site. They start at the planning stage, when a project moves into construction without a complete, properly permitted, well-coordinated design behind it. Homeowners who have lived through a remodel that ran over budget, slipped weeks behind, or finished looking nothing like what they pictured can almost always trace it back to a planning process that skipped steps, missed details, or handed coordination to someone who wasn't equipped to manage it.
Michael Fischer handles architectural design and project management in-house — first drawings through final oversight — so the plan you approve is the plan that gets built. Michael's ASU construction management background means a set of drawings leaves the desk already checked against what crews can actually frame, route, and finish in the field. Michael Fischer is licensed, bonded, and insured, holds an Arizona ROC General Dual License #327028, and carries an A+ BBB rating.

What In-House Design and Management Covers
Clients get AutoCAD drafting, floor plan development, 3D renderings, specification writing, and permit application management handled by the same person who will be running the build — not a third-party designer who hands over a drawing set and moves on.
- AutoCAD drafting — measured, dimensioned drawings a city plan reviewer and a framing crew can both work from
- 3D renderings — see the finished room before anything is demolished, and change your mind while changing it is still free
- Floor plan development — walls, openings, sightlines and traffic flow worked out on paper first
- Specification writing — fixtures, finishes and assemblies named in writing so nothing gets substituted by accident
- Permit procurement — applications prepared, submitted and tracked through review and inspection
- Construction management — subcontractor selection and scheduling, quality control inspections, budget tracking and the final walkthrough
That same design and management service runs across all six things we build: kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, living room renovation, sliding and accordion door wall systems, backyard, patio and pool design, and architectural design and project management itself. One point of contact for the whole project, whatever its size.

How a Project Moves From Sketch to Final Walkthrough
- We walk the property and measure — existing conditions, structure, utilities, and the things that will constrain the design
- You see the 3D renderings and the floor plans, and we revise until the drawings match what you actually want
- We write the specifications and the schedule, then submit the permit applications and follow them through review
- Subcontractors are selected and scheduled against that drawing set, with quality control inspections at each phase
- We track the budget as the work goes, and close out with a final walkthrough before the job is called done
When the project matters, the planning matters — and that's where we start.

Serving Scottsdale and the Surrounding Communities
Design and project management work is available in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Rio Verde, Carefree, and Phoenix. Knowing the local review process matters as much as knowing how to draw — permit requirements and submittal expectations are not identical from one jurisdiction to the next, and an application that stalls in review stalls the whole build.
