Who Horizon Group Construction Is
Horizon Group Construction LLC is a residential remodeling and construction company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Not a franchise, not a call center with a logo — one team who show up, measure, draw, permit and build. We hold Arizona ROC General Dual License #327028we are licensed, bonded and insuredand we carry an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Quotes are free, and they come from a real walk of your property rather than a square-footage guess over the phone.
The work is residential only, by choice. Houses are where the details matter most — the way a kitchen island lines up with the sightline to the pool, whether a shower curb can disappear, how a door wall opens up a living room to the backyard in one motion. That focus is also why we keep the service list short. We would rather do six things properly than list thirty and subcontract half of them.
The Six Things We Build
- Kitchen Remodeling — custom kitchens designed and built from the ground up, including cabinetry, countertops and full layout reworks.
- Bathroom Remodeling — walk-in shower conversions, vanity upgrades, and full spa-inspired redesigns of dated bathrooms.
- Living Room Renovation — layout updates, new flooring, custom built-ins and fireplace surrounds that change how a room is used.
- Sliding & Accordion Door Wall Systems — custom folding door systems, sliding glass walls and accordion openings that connect indoors to out.
- Backyard, Patio & Pool Design — custom pool installations, outdoor kitchens, hardscaping, pergolas and whole-backyard transformations.
- Architectural Design & Project Management — in-house AutoCAD drafting, 3D renderings, floor plan development and permitting, managed start to finish.
The design side is what ties the rest together. Because the drafting happens in-house in AutoCAD, a change you ask for on a Tuesday is in the drawing set by Wednesday instead of going back out to an outside designer and waiting a week. You see 3D renderings of the finished space before anything is demolished, which is the cheapest possible time to change your mind.

How a Project Actually Runs
- We walk the property and measure. Nothing gets quoted off a photo or a phone description.
- We draft the plans in AutoCAD and develop the floor plan around how you actually live in the space.
- You see the 3D renderings, and we revise until the layout and finishes are what you wanted.
- We pull the permits and handle the paperwork with the city or county so you are not chasing it.
- We build, with one point of contact for schedule, trades and questions.
- We walk the finished job with you and close out the punch list before we call it done.

Where We Work and How to Reach Us
We take projects in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Rio Verde, Carefree and Phoenix. Staying inside that radius means the crew is on site when it says it will be, and that a quick site visit mid-project is a short drive rather than a scheduling problem.
