Custom Kitchens Built From the Ground Up
Most of the kitchens we're called into have the same problem: the layout was drawn for a different decade. The fridge blocks a drawer, there's no landing space beside the range, and the only place for two people to stand is the doorway. So we start with the floor plan rather than the finishes. Sometimes that means taking down a wall and opening the kitchen to the living space. Sometimes it means moving the sink six feet so the window finally sits over it.
From there we get into the parts you can see and touch — door styles, drawer depths, counter material, backsplash, where the outlets land so your appliances aren't trailing cords across a quartz slab. We build to the room, not to a catalog, which matters in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley homes where ceiling heights and soffits rarely cooperate with stock sizing.

How a Kitchen Remodel Works With Us
Kitchens are the hardest room in the house to be without, so we front-load the planning. By the time demolition starts, the cabinets are ordered, the slab is picked and the sequence is on paper. That's the whole point of doing the design in-house.
- We walk the property and measure the existing kitchen, including what's inside the walls.
- We talk through how you actually cook and where the bottlenecks are now.
- We draft the new plan in AutoCAD and develop the floor plan options.
- You see the 3D renderings before anything is ordered or torn out.
- We pull the permits and schedule the trades in order.
- Cabinets, counters, tile, lighting and hardware go in, then we walk the finished room with you.
You see the renderings before we swing a hammer. Nobody should be guessing what their kitchen will look like.
