We're a residential remodeling and construction business in Scottsdale, and we'd rather tell you that in the first sentence than take a call, book a visit and waste an afternoon of your time. A roof replacement is its own trade, with its own crews and its own warranties, and you deserve someone who does it every day.

How a Michael Fischer project runs
The same sequence every time, whether it's a single bathroom or a backyard with a pool in it.
- We walk the property and measure — rooms, openings, ceiling heights, what's behind the drywall, where the utilities run.
- We talk through what you want and what the house will actually allow, then put a free quote in writing.
- We draft the plans in-house in AutoCAD and develop the floor plan around the measurements we took.
- You see the 3D renderings before anything is demolished, so a layout change is a conversation and not a regret.
- We handle the permitting with the city and schedule the trades in the right order.
- We manage the build day to day, keep you posted on the schedule, and walk the finished work with you at the end.
Because the drafting and the project management sit in the same hands as the construction, there's no gap between the drawing and the build. The person who drew the kitchen is the person answering for it on site.
