Almost every homeowner who calls us about staying put starts in the same room. A tub you have to step over, a shower with a high curb, a vanity at the wrong height, a door that opens into the only clear floor space — those are the things that make a house feel like it's working against you. Our bathroom remodeling runs from walk-in shower conversions and vanity upgrades all the way to a full spa-inspired redesign, and the measurements come first: how wide the entry is, how far the door swings, how much clear floor you have in front of the sink.

Kitchens, Living Rooms and Doorways That Work With You
The rest of the house matters just as much. We design and build custom kitchens from the ground up — cabinetry, countertops and layout redesign — which is the moment to decide where things live, how far you reach for them and how wide the path between counter and range should be. In living spaces we handle thoughtful layout updates, new flooring, custom built-ins and fireplace surrounds, so the room you spend the most time in stops having awkward corners and level changes in the middle of it.
Doorways and thresholds are their own job. We design and install custom folding door systems, sliding glass walls and accordion door wall openings, which turns a narrow patio slider into an opening you can walk through comfortably. On the other side, our backyard, patio and pool design work covers hardscaping, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, custom pool installations and full backyard transformations — including the paths and surfaces you actually use to get around out there.
The measuring tape comes out before the sledgehammer. That's the whole difference.
Drawings and Permits Before Anything Comes Out
Projects like these move walls, plumbing and sometimes exterior openings, so they get drawn properly first. We do our architectural design and project management in house — AutoCAD drafting, 3D renderings, floor plan development and permitting — which means you see the room before it's framed and we handle the paperwork with the city rather than handing it to you.

- We draft the floor plan in AutoCAD and you see the 3D renderings before anything is ordered
- We pull the permits and schedule the trades in the right order
