Bathroom remodeling covers a wide range, and we take on all of it. Sometimes the fix is narrow: pull the old tub-shower combo, convert it to a curbless walk-in with a glass panel, and the room suddenly works again. Sometimes a client wants the whole thing reconsidered — plumbing moved, the wall between the toilet and shower taken out, double vanity where a linen closet used to be.

Because bathrooms are small rooms with a lot going on inside the walls, layout changes are where projects go sideways. That's why the drafting happens before the demolition. We do our own AutoCAD drawings and 3D renderings in house, so you can see where the shower drain lands and how much elbow room is left beside the toilet before anyone swings a hammer. We also handle the permitting, so you aren't the one sitting in line at the city counter.

- We put together a free quote with a scope you can actually read
- You see the 3D renderings and floor plan, and we adjust the layout until it's right
- We pull the permits and schedule the trades in order
- Tile, cabinetry, countertops, glass, fixtures and finish work
- Final walkthrough with you in the room, punch list closed out
One bathroom is often the only bathroom, so sequencing matters more here than almost anywhere else in a house. We'll tell you up front roughly how many days the room will be out of service and what order the noisy work falls in. If you have a single-bathroom home, say so early — it changes how we stage the job.
