Is there a fee for a consultation or estimate?

No. Estimates are free for all prospective clients. We come out, measure, talk through the scope and send you a written quote at no charge.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed, bonded and insured, holding Arizona ROC General Dual License #327028, with an A+ BBB rating.

Can you provide references from past clients?

Yes. You can read reviews and testimonials from past customers, and if you'd like to speak with specific clients directly, we'll provide their contact information on request.

Will I see what the finished space looks like before work starts?

Yes. Design is done in-house with AutoCAD drafting and 3D renderings, so you review and approve the layout and look on screen before any demolition begins.

What areas do you serve?

Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Rio Verde, Carefree and Phoenix.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. Permit sets are produced from the same approved drawings we design your project in, so what's submitted matches what gets built.
